Wan Leng has demonstrated an outstanding record of achievement by delivering impressive bottom-line results for multinational organisations. She bolstered her consulting capabilities through previous roles as a Consultant of Deloitte & Touche Consulting and as a Director of Mercer Human Resources Consulting (Formerly William M. Mercer). Thereafter, she widened her scope with key regional and global roles in leading corporations first as an Asia Pacific Regional Director of HR Operations at Dell Computer Asia Pte Ltd., and then as a Global Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, HRIS at Neptune Orient Lines Ltd (Parent company of American President Lines Ltd. & APL Logistics Ltd).

Wan Leng brings in-depth expertise on the current best practices in HR design, systems, programmes and technology, along with hands-on experience of leading both regional and global HR operations. Her breath and depth of understanding of contemporary management and organisational behaviour enables her to bring unique perspective to a broad range of human capital-related issues.

Wan Leng is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, United Kingdom. She holds a M.A. with Distinction in Human Resources Management from the Middlesex University Business School, London and a B.A. with Honour and Post-graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.
