Hogan Development Feedback Certification

Hogan Development Feedback Certification is an optional training session focused on providing professional development feedback using Hogan Assessment Systems.

This certification enhances the participants’ interpretation and feedback skills. They will be given the opportunities to practice identifying strengths and areas for development in the context of the incumbent’s current or future work role using Hogan assessment data (HPI, HDS & MVPI).

Format:	Simulation-based practice feedback session - Participants will be evaluated based on the interpretation for a sample profile and the feedback giving skills.
