Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI) is a business-related cognitive ability test that is designed to predict occupational success. HBRI assesses and identifies an individual’s reasoning and problem solving style, drawing conclusions about an individual’s ability to evaluate sets of data, make decisions, solve problems and avoid repeating past mistakes.
SAMPLE REPORTS
The HBRI Interpret Report provides information on one’s potential problem solving ability and decision making style. In particular, Qualitative Reasoning which involves working with data visualization, logic and verbal information for problem solving; while Quantitative Reasoning involves working with mathematical and spatial information to solve problems. An overall score of Critical Reasoning predicts one’s the ability to contextualize and solve complex problems.
