HOGAN TEAM REPORT
The
Hogan Team Report Certification Web Course* instructs the participant in understanding and using Hogan assessment tools to develop high-performing teams. The first part of the course presents an overview of team roles, team derailers, and team values as well as selected individual profiles. The next part of the course involves reading key excerpts from the Team Report User Manual which is designed to provide additional depth about the foundations for the report and more information about how to interpret scores. HOGAN 360
The
Hogan 360° web course provides training on the understanding of the
Hogan 360°, a comprehensive multi-rater feedback tool designed to help leaders at any level of an organisation understand how their peers, managers and direct reports view their performance. Once completed, you will be qualified to administer and interpret the Hogan 360˚ and will be provided with a formal acknowledgement of your Hogan 360° qualification. This formal acknowledgement will also include information relating to an
