Hogan Assessments Certification

If you are looking to ramp up your organisation’s talent acquisition and development strategies, join us at our world-class Hogan certification workshops in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen or virtually. The certification workshops will teach you about personality assessments and how to interpret individual assessment results, and are facilitated by Hogan-licensed instructors who have multiple years of assessment administration and interpretation experience. Once you have completed the Level One foundational certification (required), we offer two Level Two advanced workshops (recommended) to help you become an expert at understanding the nuances of personality results and master the delicate art of providing personality feedback to assessment takers within your organisation

Note:

• The Level One workshop is a pre-requisite for the Level Two workshops. The workshops can be taken separately, or back-to-back.
• Prior to the workshop, participants are required to complete online learning sessions to gain a basic understanding of Hogan Assessments.
• Prior to the Level One workshop, participants will receive their own Hogan assessments report (HPI, HDS, MVPI), with a set of Hogan Leadership Forecast Series report, as well as a one-hour one-on-one debrief session with our Hogan-licensed consultant.
• A certification will be awarded once participants have passed the post-workshop online test.
• Participants of the Level One workshop will receive a set of workbooks, a USB drive containing learning resources and two free Hogan IDs to be used within six months post certification. Participants of the Level Two workshops will receive a set of workbooks and an additional free Hogan ID as a trial.

Level One (L1) Hogan Assessments Certification

The two-day Hogan foundational certification workshop which qualifies professionals to administer Hogan assessments. The course teaches the interpretation and application of Hogan’s three core personality assessments:

• Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)
• Hogan Development Survey (HDS)  
• Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI)

Designed to challenge and change the way you think about human nature, leadership, and performance, this workshop will help you understand the fundamentals of personality, learn to interpret assessment results and gain practice in delivering feedback to assessment takers. Level Two (L2) Hogan Advanced Interpretation Workshop

The one-day Level Two Hogan Advanced Interpretation Certification workshop is designed for practitioners who want to get Hogan certified and gain deeper interpretive insights from Hogan assessment data. This course teaches professionals to:

• Interpret and apply the core Hogan assessments
• Connect Hogan data points across scales and assessments for more robust interpretations
• Extract maximum value from subscales
• Learn advanced interpretation techniques involving low HDS and low MVPI scores

Skills acquired in this applied workshop will prepare you to analyse Hogan data at a deeper level and extract maximum interpretive value from the three core Hogan personality assessments.

Level Two (L2) Hogan Advanced Feedback Workshop

The one-day Level Two (L2) Hogan Advanced Feedback Certification workshop is designed for practitioners who want to get certified and receive more extensive instruction and practice delivering effective Hogan feedback. This course teaches professionals to:

• Interpret and apply the core Hogan assessments
• Deliver Hogan feedback within a cohesive frame
• Apply best practices for Hogan feedback delivery
• Troubleshoot common issues, such as resistance to feedback
• Connect assessment results to job context
• Create developmental action plans

Skills acquired in this experiential workshop will prepare you to deliver high-impact Hogan feedback for your organisation.
