Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

Optimal Consulting Group was born with a mission to build a continuous pipeline of future leaders in Asia for social, economic and political roles. We are only able to do this if we do it right, by doing it sustainably.

We are committed to promoting environmental sustainability, social responsibility and ethical governance practices in all of our operations. Our goal is to make a positive impact on the communities and environments in which we work and to contribute to a more sustainable future for all.

Environmental Responsibility
Our operational carbon footprint primarily consists of the emissions our people generate through workplace water, electricity and paper use and when traveling to bring our services to clients. Our other sustainability impacts arise from the supply chain of the goods and services we purchase and use to run our business.

We strive to reduce our carbon footprint and minimise our environmental impact by implementing sustainable business practices and encouraging our employees to do the same. We also promote environmentally conscious decision-making in our supply chain.

Social Responsibility
As a professional services organisation, we believe in creating and promoting inclusive and diverse work environments. We support and respect the rights of our employees, clients, and stakeholders and work to create positive and equitable relationships in all our interactions.

Governance
We are committed to maintaining high ethical standards and transparent business practices. Our governance policies and procedures ensure that we operate with integrity, accountability, and in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
