Certification Workshop
The Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop consists of both theoretical and practical components. In addition to examining the concept of personality and its importance for development and selection, the workshop provides a comprehensive tutorial on three Hogan inventories – Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI)..
In the first two days of the Level One Hogan Assessments Certification Workshop, participants will learn about personality assessments and how to interpret individual assessment results. This foundational certification workshop is required for participants who are not already certified.
On the third day, the recommended Level Two Hogan Certification Workshop will help participants deepen their interpretation skills. Don’t miss this chance to master the delicate art of providing personality feedback to assessment takers within your organisation.
Prior to the workshop, participants are required to complete an online learning session to gain a basic understanding of Hogan Assessments. They will receive their own Hogan assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI) with a set of Hogan Leadership Forecast Series reports, as well as a one hour one-on-one debrief session with a Hogan-licensed consultant.
The workshop is facilitated by Hogan-licensed instructors who have multiple years of assessment administration and interpretation experience. A certification will be awarded once participants have passed the post-workshop online test.
Level One Hogan Certification Workshop entitles participants to a Hogan Assessment Certification workbook, a USB drive containing learning resources and two free Hogan IDs to be used within six months post certification. Participants for Level 2 Hogan Certification Workshop will receive an additional free Hogan ID as a trial.
