- A Competency Potential Profile based on 12 key competencies that have been researched to be vital for management and professional roles
The following information about each competency is provided:
- The personality measures that map on to the competency
- Interview questions that cover the areas that require probing for the candidate
A complimentary Candidate Report is provided, and can be passed on to the candidate once selection decisions are finalised.
