Mosaic Interview Report
The Mosaic Interview Report aims to provide a powerful selection solution to support effective competence-based interviewing.
The report has two key features:
- A Capacity for Complexity scale that measures how able and confident the candidate is with complexity
- A Competency Potential Profile based on 12 key competencies that have been researched to be vital for management and professional roles
The following information about each competency is provided:
- The personality measures that map on to the competency
- Interview questions that cover the areas that require probing for the candidate
A complimentary Candidate Report is provided, and can be passed on to the candidate once selection decisions are finalised.
