Powered by the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI, The Bright Side of Personality), Hogan Development Survey (HDS, The Dark Side of Personality), and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI, The Inside of Personality), Team Report provides insight on team dynamics by aggregating the individual personality assessment scores of team members. The results will reveal the values that drive team motivation, the unofficial roles teammates assign to themselves, and potential vulnerabilities that can undermine team performance during times of stress and pressure.
