The Mosaic Interview Report: Leadership aims to provide a powerful selection solution to support effective competence-based interviewing for leadership roles.
Similar to the Mosaic Interview Report, this report has the following features:
- A Capacity for Complexity scale that measures how able and confident the candidate is with complexity
- A Competency Potential Profile based on 12 key competencies that have been researched to be vital for management and professional roles
The following information about each competency is also provided:
- The personality measures that map onto the competency
- Interview questions that cover the areas that require probing for the candidate
In addition, the report comes with:
- An identification of Preferred Leadership Style, and the pros and cons of this style
- The degree of risk associated with various Leadership Derailers, and additional interview questions to explore derailers with potential risks
A complimentary Candidate Report is provided, and can be passed on to the candidate once selection decisions have been finalised.
