The Mosaic Interview Report: Leadership aims to provide a powerful selection solution to support effective competence-based interviewing for leadership roles.

Similar to the Mosaic Interview Report, this report has the following features:

  2. A Competency Potential Profile based on 12 key competencies that have been researched to be vital for management and professional roles

The following information about each competency is also provided:

  • The personality measures that map onto the competency

  • An identification of Preferred Leadership Style, and the pros and cons of this style
  • The degree of risk associated with various Leadership Derailers, and additional interview questions to explore derailers with potential risks
