Building Resilient Leadership Workshop

This workshop is designed using Optimal’s researched and validated Resilient Leadership Model. It aims to help leaders to better prepare themselves when faced with setbacks or the uncertainties of the future, with insights on how to harness their individual motivators and tendencies to bounce back and thrive amidst difficult circumstances.
